Hello! I'm a freelance writer and artist originally from Dallas, Texas. I've been in North Carolina for almost half a decade, and I've written for The News & Observer and the INDY Week along the way. I've also been drawing and embroidering since I was a wee child, often in the back of my mom's car, somehow surviving despite the bumps in the road. I love any kind of fiber arts, writing, reading, linocut, and tramping around outside looking for new birds.
